Regular cleaning vs move-in & move-out cleaning services

To help in your quest for the perfect cleaning for you; the standard cleaning is for general upkeep. This would generally be considered services like dusting, wiping down accessible countertops and accessible fixtures, vacuum and mop the floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens (what is agreed upon for the routine service). When providing professional move-in & move-out cleaning services, it is a deep cleaning service with some extra considerations taken to make sure the residence looks as amazing as possible to attract good candidates, and have everything clean and ready to use for the next family. Extras available upon request

A number of extras are available ‘ala carte’ for move-in/move-outs and all services that need a little extra TLC. Make sure to let us know at the first walk-through viewing of the property, that way we can take note of what is important to you and make sure it gets done. Items and tasks considered extra are NOT included by default for any service and must be discussed and agreed upon by request on the first walk-through or prior to the service date.
