Regular cleaning vs move-in & move-out cleaning services
To help in your quest for the perfect cleaning for you; the standard cleaning is for general upkeep of homes and offices already brought to a baseline level of clean to be maintained. This would generally be considered services like dusting, wiping down accessible countertops and accessible fixtures, vacuum and mop the floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens (*whatever is agreed upon for the routine service for upkeep). When providing professional one-time, move-in & move-out, cleaning services, it is a deep cleaning service that takes more time and cleans many areas and surfaces that a general cleaning simply would not, and have everything clean and ready to put a home on the market, or even have the home ready to be maintained via general cleaning after the deep cleaning. Extras available upon request
A number of extras are available ‘ala carte’ for move-in/move-outs and all services that need a little extra TLC. Make sure to let us know at the first walk-through viewing of the property, that way we can take note of what is important to you and make sure it gets done. Items and tasks considered extra are NOT included by default for any service and must be discussed and agreed upon by request on the first walk-through or prior to the service date as this may change the price and scope of the project.
